Job Description

  • Telecalling & Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional communication at all times.
  • B2B Coordination: Coordinate with business clients to manage leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on requirements.
  • Database Management: Build and maintain accurate databases of clients and potential leads.
  • Invitation & Follow-ups: Invite delegates for events or meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills in English.
  • Computer Proficiency: Utilize basic computer knowledge for documentation, reporting, and CRM tools.
  • Support & Coordination: Assist in daily telesales activities and support the team in achieving targets.
