Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and sales.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain a database of clients and follow up on leads regularly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Report daily call activities, leads, and feedback to the team lead/manager.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Persuasive and confident in handling client conversations.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Educational Qualification:
  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Additional Information:
  • Training will be provided for freshers.
  • Performance-based incentives apart from salary.
