We are seeking an experienced Tele Caller - Lead Handle to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers effectively. The Tele Caller will be responsible for managing leads, making outbound calls, and assisting in converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers to generate interest in products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from leads and provide information regarding services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and report on performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and objections.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
