We are hiring Tele Collection Officers – Recovery & Write-off for a leading Debt collection Company

Position: Tele Collection Officer – Recovery & Write-off

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Qualification: HSC or above

Mandatory Experience:

  • Experience in Recovery & Write-off is mandatory.
  • Experience in tele collections, debt recovery, or loan recovery is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding overdue payments and recovery.
  • Handle recovery and write-off cases through telecalling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely collections while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Meet assigned recovery and collection targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in telecalling/tele collections.
  • Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
  • Good documentation and follow-up abilities.

Preferred:

  • Candidates holding a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Certificate will be given preference.
