Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller International role based in Gurugram. In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound international calls, manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will support sales efforts by generating leads, following up on prospects, and scheduling meetings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, addressing queries, and working closely with team members to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and clarity in speech
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Skills in lead generation, negotiation, and sales follow-up
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, call tracking systems, and basic computer applications
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in an international telecalling or customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to dynamic tasks

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional training in communication or sales is a plusKey

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls toUS-based clientsto generate leads, follow up, and provide information about company services.
  • Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Handle client queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM or internal systems.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to convert them into opportunities.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 23 years of experiencein telecalling, telemarketing, or customer support.
    • Experience dealing withUS-based or international clientspreferred.
    • Excellentverbal communication skills in English.
    • Strongnegotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to work in atarget-driven environment.
    • Basic knowledge ofCRM tools and MS Officeis an advantage.
    • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
