Role Description

This is a full-time, remote internship role for a Telecaller Intern. The Telecaller Intern will handle outbound calls to prospective clients and learners, provide clear information about the company's services, and address any queries or concerns. Additionally, the Intern will maintain accurate records of interactions, assist in following up with leads, coordinate with team members, and present a positive and professional image of the company. Training and support will be provided as part of the internship program to help develop relevant skills and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
  • Basic knowledge of customer service and telemarketing techniques
  • Ability to handle and manage calls professionally and efficiently
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, email communication, and basic computer applications
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to update and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a disciplined approach
  • Proactive and confident in handling challenging conversations and feedback
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Eligibility

Good communication skills (English preferred)

Interest in sales / lead generation

Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Comfortable with target-based work

Compensation

Stipend: 6,000/month

Incentives: Performance-based

Duration: 3 Months
