Tele Caller

Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling and will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle incoming calls and provide information to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
• Follow up with leads and provide necessary information to convert them into customers.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
