Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Bengaluru South. The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, making outbound calls to explain and promote company services, understanding client needs, and maintaining a database of client information. Additionally, the role includes generating leads, managing and nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team by setting up meetings or site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages
• Proficiency in telecommunication and phone etiquette, including making outbound calls professionally
• Ability to identify potential leads, cultivate relationships, and maintain an accurate database of client interactions
• Basic knowledge of real estate or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to meeting client needs
