Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at GEM Hospital's Sholinganallur location. The Telecaller will be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls to patients, providing information about services, addressing inquiries, and assisting patients with appointments and follow-ups. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, resolving basic concerns, escalating issues when needed, and supporting the team in fostering positive customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and data entry systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is an added advantage
- Fluency in English and Tamil (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
