Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer queries, and promoting financial products. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Tele Caller will also identify sales opportunities and work towards achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and confidence in handling calls.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify prospects, promote products, and negotiate effectively to meet sales goals.
• Customer Service Abilities: Capability to address client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Organizational and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in maintaining detailed customer records and analyzing data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Basic Computer Applications: Familiarity with CRM software, data entry, and MS Office Suite.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a telecalling, call center, or sales-based role is an advantage.
• Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in any discipline is an added advantage.
