Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and energetic Telecaller with 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer engagement, or inside sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build relationships while achieving lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and generated leads.
  • Introduce company products and services and communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and identifying business opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems or tracking sheets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up activities.
  • Handle customer queries and provide relevant information regarding products and services.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Customer Engagement, or Business Development.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B Sales, IT Services, SaaS, Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, or Digital Marketing industries.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, online lead generation platforms, and customer databases.
  • Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
