We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, explain company products/services, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation (Freshers can also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Good listening skills and customer-focused approach.
