Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and communication-driven Sales Outreach Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our offerings, understanding their needs, and qualifying them for the next stage in the sales process. You will play a crucial role in building the company's sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects.
You will present the company's offerings clearly and confidently.
You will identify customer needs and determine qualification.
You will maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM tools.
You will generate high-quality leads and book appointments/demos.
You will follow structured scripts but adapt based on conversation flow.
You will meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach targets.
You will provide insights from customer conversations to improve messaging.
You will maintain professionalism and uphold the company's brand in all interactions.
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
Ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable with high-volume calling.
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
Good listening skills and ability to identify customer needs.
CRM & Excel/Google Sheets familiarity.
Time-management and target-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior telesales or lead generation experience.
Knowledge of the industry or product domain.
Ability to adapt scripts based on customer persona.
Experience with CRM tools (Telecrm, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Basic email writing and follow-up skills.
Understanding of sales KPIs and funnel metrics.
Experience:
1 year (fresher with strong communication skills also suitable)
