We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling and will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our products and services, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve services and products.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
