Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role located in Chennai. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the company's solar power solutions and services. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing accurate information about solar products, persuading potential customers to engage with the company's solutions, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills to establish rapport with clients and to foster strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills to connect effectively with potential clients
• Persuasive and negotiation skills for converting inquiries into leads
• Basic technical understanding of solar power and energy solutions (training will be provided)
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and maintaining accurate records
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in any field is a plus
