Job Title: Telecaller Enterprise Sales (Internet Leased Line, MPLS, Cloud, WhatsApp Business)

*Key Responsibilities*
- Generate business from allocated and new enterprise accounts (Internet leased line, MPLS, Cloud, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Conduct outbound cold calls and handle inbound queries to promote products/services
- Explain benefits, address objections, and close sales
- Follow up on leads, set appointments for the sales team, and update the CRM/database
- Maintain accurate call logs and backup data in the system
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics
*Qualifications*
- Graduate (BBA, (link unavailable), Diploma, or equivalent)
- 15years of quotacarrying sales or telecalling experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and comfortable with a fastpaced environment
*Skills*
- Excellent verbal communication & active listening
- Negotiation & persuasion techniques
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, data entry)
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection
