Tele Caller cum Process Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller cum Process Associate based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for communicating with clients or potential clients over the phone, counselling parents over calls and booking appointments, maintaining accurate call records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assisting in data management, coordinating with internal teams, and providing operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective telecalling and client interaction
• Proficiency in data management and process-related tasks
• Proficiency in using CRM and software tools
• Knowledge of customer relationship management tools and techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a team-based and client-focused environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or process execution roles is an advantage
• Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
