Job Description

  • Tele calling- candidate must have strong background in tele-calling and must be able to manage tele sales.
  • Client Interaction- Candidate must be able to handle clients and understand their requirements and offer services accordingly.
  • B2B co-ordination- Must facilitate the communication between client and the customers.
  • Excellent oral communication skills in English language
  • Database building & Invitation of delegates.
  • Basic computer knowledge- MS Word, Excel.
  • Answer customer calls in a professional / pleasant manner
