This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tally Caller located in Faridabad. The Tally Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing accurate details regarding immigration services, handling inbound and outbound calls, and documenting client interactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, following up on leads, and ensuring exceptional customer service to build client trust and rapport.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Proficiency in maintaining client records and managing data effectively
• Experience in customer service or a relevant field
• Capacity to work on-site in Faridabad and handle responsibilities efficiently
• Basic understanding of immigration processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is an added advantage
