IMAV Learning Academy Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing EdTech company focused on practical technology education for school students (7th12th grade), university students, and professionals. We provide industry-oriented training in programming, IoT, cloud computing, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.

We are looking for serious, performance-driven Tele Calling Executives to join our admissions team.



Requirements

Job Role & Responsibilities

The Tele Caller will:

  • Call verified leads provided by IMAV Learning Academy

  • Make minimum 120 connected calls per day

  • Explain course details clearly and professionally

  • Convert leads into paid enrolments

  • Maintain accurate records in Google Docs / CRM

  • Follow up consistently with prospects

  • Meet strict monthly enrolment targets

Performance Expectations
  • Monthly Target: 30 confirmed student enrolments

  • Course Fee: 7,500 per student

  • Incentives apply only to confirmed, non-cancelled enrolments

  • Cancelled students will NOT be counted toward targets or incentives

This is a strict performance-based role.


Work From Home Requirements

Candidate must have:

  • Personal Laptop (Mandatory)

  • Headphones with mic

  • Stable high-speed internet connection

  • Quiet professional calling environment

Calling System & Monitoring
  • Commercial cloud-based calling system will be provided

  • Login credentials will be issued officially

  • All calls will be recorded for quality and compliance

  • Call logs and activity are monitored

  • The assigned calling number remains under the caller's responsibility until formally revoked through a written agreement signed digitally via Zoho Sign.

Legal & Compliance
  • Mandatory Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) via Zoho Sign

  • Data misuse, system misuse, or unethical conduct will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

  • All communications and agreements are digitally documented.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Prior tele-calling / sales experience preferred (EdTech preferred)

  • Fluent in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Target-driven mindset

  • Strong persuasion & closing skills

  • Honest, disciplined, and serious about long-term work

Important Note

This is a high-performance role with strict targets.
Candidates who are not confident in achieving enrollment numbers should not apply.



Benefits

Compensation Structure
  • Fixed Salary: 12,000 per month

  • Incentive: 200 per confirmed enrolled student, more incentive slabs as user enrolled count increases.

Salary is subject to minimum performance achievement and strict adherence to company processes, reporting standards, and calling compliance policies.

Mandatory 7-Day Probation Period

Due to industry malpractice and non-serious applicants, we follow a strict evaluation model:

  • Probation Duration: 7 Days

  • Probation Target: 7 confirmed enrolments

  • Failure to achieve 7 confirmed enrolments within 7 days will result in non-continuation of employment.
