Role: Tele Caller (Client Service Associate)

Role Summary:

  1. As a Tele Caller (Client Service Associate) at Mygate, you will play a crucial role in initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients and agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our advertising solutions, assist in crafting tailored sales pitches, and schedule meetings to drive monetization opportunities. You will leverage your communication skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and promote Mygates offerings. By actively following up and ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing brand partnerships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial outreach to brands and agencies through calls, introducing Mygate&aposs advertising solutions.
  • Schedule meetings for the Brand Sales Manager by effectively presenting the benefits of our services.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to inform sales strategies and improve pitch quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand client requirements and ensure pitches are tailored to their needs.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals through timely follow-ups and coordination.
  • This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Tele Calling
  • Excellent Communication & Convincing Skill
  • Client management skills
  • Conict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story
  • Bachelors/Masters degree
