Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller, located in Ahmedabad. The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, reaching out to prospective clients, providing necessary product or service information, and addressing customer queries. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, assisting in lead generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, including handling customer inquiries and managing follow-ups
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and working towards sales targets
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call-center software or similar tools
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in telecommunication, customer support, or sales is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage
