Tele Caller

Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and generating leads to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Provide information about products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and conduct market research as needed.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
• Good persuasive skills and a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
