We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, providing information about our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by management.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
