This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller, based in Lucknow. The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about AstroBharatAI's products and services. This includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, explaining features, resolving concerns, and promoting spiritual products and services offered through the platform. The role also involves documenting interactions and maintaining records to ensure quality service delivery.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in Hindi, English, or other regional languages
• Customer service, client communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of astrology and spirituality is a plus
• Ability to multitask, handle queries efficiently, and work in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach
• Previous experience in a similar telecalling or customer engagement role is advantageous
