Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller to support the Admissions Department. The role involves interacting with prospective students and parents, providing course-related information, generating leads, and assisting in the admission conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound admission-related calls
  • Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fee structure, and admission process
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding program selection
  • Follow up on generated leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain and update student database/CRM regularly
  • Schedule campus visits and counseling sessions
  • Support admission team in application processing and documentation
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
  • Maintain proper call logs and reporting sheets
  • Respond to online inquiries (website, social media, email)
  • Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams for lead management
  • Ensure professional telephonic etiquette at all times
  • Build positive relationships with prospective students
  • Provide feedback on market trends and student preferences
  • Assist during admission campaigns, events, and open house sessions
  • Handle objections and convert inquiries into admissions
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate from recognized university / Persuing Graduation
  • Experience: 03 years in Telecalling / Customer Service / Education Counseling (Preferred)
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Additional Requirement

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of admission processes in educational institutions preferred
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Willingness to work during admission season with extended hours (if required)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
