Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone to introduce and promote financial services, providing information about our consultancy services, addressing inquiries, and scheduling follow-up calls and meetings. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and building strong client relationships to facilitate long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge in financial services or consultancy (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
• Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role (preferred)
