Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at Ruloans Distribution Services Private Limited, based in West Bengal, India. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to provide information about loan products and services, addressing client inquiries, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. Tele Callers will also be required to follow up on leads, maintain client records, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software for client management
• Ability to build rapport and identify customer needs through active listening
• Sales and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful outcomes
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
• Knowledge of financial products and services such as loans and insurance is a plus
• Proficiency in regional languages and English would be an advantage
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales roles is beneficial but not mandatory
