We are looking for a highly motivated and ownership-driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing modular and scalable architectures while building robust backend systems using Python and modern frontend applications using React.
You will work closely with global clients and internal teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into complex business workflows, contributing directly to impactful operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, modular, and high-performance applications.
- Build and maintain backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Pydantic.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.
- Contribute to system design, architecture planning, and technical decision-making.
- Integrate AI/LLM-based capabilities into enterprise workflows and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Participate in client discussions and support onsite engagements when Skills :
- 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in System Design and Software Architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Python backend development.
- Experience with FastAPI and Pydantic is preferred.
- Strong frontend development experience using React.js.
- Good understanding of scalable application development and API design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and to Have :
- Experience working with LLMs / Agentic AI Systems.
- Exposure to AI integration within business applications.
- Experience working in client-facing or global delivery Information :
- Willingness to travel to Southeast Asia for onsite opportunities is required.
