Description
We are seeking a skilled Tekla Modeler/Checker to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural modeling and will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, checking designs, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage 3D models using Tekla Structures software.
- Review and check models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve design issues and ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of modeling processes and changes.
- Conduct clash detection and provide solutions for identified issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project deliverables including drawings and reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in structural modeling using Tekla Structures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of structural steel and concrete detailing.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts.
- Familiarity with codes and standards relevant to structural engineering.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes and workflows.
