Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering

If you have min. 3 years of experience in Tekla software then only apply.

• There will be an offline interview round to assess software proficiency.
• The current job location will be Kolkata. However, candidates should be willing to relocate to other locations as required.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tekla software.

Key Skills: Proficient in TEKLA 3D modelling & detailing, AutoCAD ( Must have 3-5 years exp.) for rebar/ structural detailing (preferably rebar).

Requirement:

• 3-5 Years of working experience as a Detailer & Modeler in 3D using Tekla.

• Working experience in concrete/rebar projects will be preferable

• Specific communication skill to coordinate with external customer

• Flexibility to work for multiple geographies based on their deliverable standards.

• Knowledge on BS codes and Euro codes.

Deliverables:

• Development of accurate 3D models based on approved construction drawings and design inputs.

• Preparation of detailed 3D rebar (reinforcement) models in compliance with project specifications and relevant standards.

• Generation of shop drawings for rebar detailing, including bar bending schedules (BBS).

• Extraction of GA (General Arrangement) drawings and sectional views from the 3D model.

• Preparation of fabrication drawings with all necessary annotations, dimensions, and specifications.

• Quantity take-offs for concrete and reinforcement steel.

• Clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (if applicable).

• Incorporation of client comments and revisions, ensuring final deliverables meet approval requirements.

• Submission of final models, drawings, and reports in agreed formats (e.g., DWG, PDF, IFC, etc.).
