Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize the performance and health of cloud and network systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure reliability, stability, and efficiency of cloud-based and network systems.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and processes to support team knowledge sharing.
- Support the team in adopting best practices for IT service delivery management.
- Learn and adapt to emerging technologies and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
