Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the performance and health of cloud and network systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure reliability, stability, and efficiency of cloud-based and network systems.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and processes to support team knowledge sharing.
• Support the team in adopting best practices for IT service delivery management.
• Learn and adapt to emerging technologies and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
