TechOps Trainee

We are seeking an entry-level TechOps Trainee to join our Cloud Operations department. This role is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are passionate about starting a career in cloud operations. You will be a key player in maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure built on AWS, VMware, and Nutanix technologies, working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Performance: You will monitor the health and performance of the cloud infrastructure to ensure operations are seamless and to identify areas for optimization.
• Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly, working in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Installation and Configuration: Participate in the installation and configuration of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components, which will help ensure the robustness of our cloud systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in IT service delivery management.
• Technical Knowledge: A familiarity with cloud computing concepts and exposure to technologies like AWS, Linux, Windows, VMware, or Nutanix is a plus.
• Skills: You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability: A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment is essential.
