Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer with expertise in Linux system administration, AI-Enhanced troubleshooting and cloud-based troubleshooting. This role involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting systems both on-site and remotely, ensuring seamless operations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems.
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for network and system issues.
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions and virtual machines.
- Handle OVA, OVF, VHD, and system deployment files.
- Implement scripts for automation and ensure system security.
- Utilize AI and machine learning-driven platforms for advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in technical operations, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Experience in PHP-based cloud integrations and basic scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
