Broadridge Investment Management Solutions (BIMS) is a comprehensive investment management platform used by asset management firms for portfolio management, order management, compliance, trade processing, reporting, and investment operations. The platform supports end-to-end investment lifecycle processes and integrates with multiple upstream and downstream financial systems. As BIMS is a business-critical application, the L2 Support Associate is expected to possess strong investment management domain knowledge along with solid technical and production support experience.

Domain Skills

  • Good understanding of the Investment Management / Asset Management domain
  • Knowledge of:
    • Hedge Funds
    • Portfolio Management
    • Order Management
    • Trade Lifecycle and Trade Processing
    • Fund Accounting concepts
    • Securities and Financial Instruments
    • NAV concepts
    • Buy-side market and various asset classes
  • Understanding of investment operations workflows
  • Ability to analyze business impact and prioritize production issues
  • Experience in handling production incidents, problem management, and RCA activities

Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing production data
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server relational database
  • Experience in production support activities, including:
    • Incident Management
    • Monitoring and alert handling
    • Batch job monitoring
  • Experience with case management and monitoring tools such as:
    • Salesforce
    • Jira
    • Datadog
    • Confluence
  • Basic understanding of application architecture and troubleshooting techniques

Support & Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction
  • Experience in handling Sev1/Sev2 incidents and coordinating bridge calls
  • Ability to work in shift-based support environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in preparing RCA and trend analysis reports

Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Production Support, preferably in FinTech products
  • Prior experience in financial services or investment management products is preferred

Shift Details

  • Shift Timing: 12:30 PM IST to 09:30 PM IST
  • Weekend Support: Required once a month
