Job Description

Project Role : Technology Support Engineer

Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure Architecture

Good to have skills : NA

Minimum 2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting business continuity through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
  • Document and communicate incident resolutions and best practices to improve team efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry trends.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple system components.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.
  • Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
  • This position is based at our Jaipur office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
