Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL.
- Experience in database troubleshooting and performance tuning related to MySQL environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues involving multiple system components.
- Familiarity with change management processes including creation and implementation of Requests for Change.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
