The role includes managing change requests by creating and implementing Requests for Change, as well as updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting and incident management.
- Experience in creating and implementing Requests for Change to support system updates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and service management teams.
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating knowledge base articles for operational support.
