Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Collaboration with vendors and assisting service management teams in issue analysis and resolution will be key aspects of your role, contributing to a seamless operational environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong understanding of system integration and data flow within business applications.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Familiarity with change management practices and Request for Change implementation.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
