What You'll Do
As a full-time SME, you will:
- Leverage your deep technical knowledge across AI, Cloud, and Software Development to evaluate a wide variety of innovative prototypes and solutions.
- Assess technical feasibility, architecture, scalability, performance, and security aspects of submitted ideas or working solutions.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to teams and participants to refine their solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of evaluation rubrics and scoring frameworks.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools in AI, LLMs, agentic systems, cloud-native apps, DevOps, and software engineering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, evaluators, and innovation leaders.
- Support in building reports and dashboards to track trends, innovations, and participant progress across challenges.
You Should Have
- Strong technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
- Ability to assess a wide variety of prototypes ranging from ML models to web/mobile applications and cloud-native platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and basic data visualization/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to articulate technical insights and feedback.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, or other agentic/LLM-driven frameworks.
- Previous involvement in hackathons, innovation challenges, startup mentoring, or accelerators.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean startup principles.
