Responsible for managing, securing, and supporting the Office 365 environmentincluding Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and identity managementensuring smooth operation and compliance.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive; troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues. [expertia.ai], [jobed.ai]

- Deploy system updates and patches; ensure data backup, disaster recovery planning, and system reliability.
- Designs, builds, and maintains custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), ensuring seamless integration with services like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- 5 to 10 years in SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, PowerShell Console, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Nintex Forms & Workflow
