Responsibilities
System Integration Expertise: Detailed knowledge of the fundamental concepts, principles, and theories of system integration as applied to multi-disciplinary designs.
Project Technical Leadership: Project Technical Leader on large or complex multi-disciplinary projects.
Solution Generation: Consistently produces concept and feasibility solutions.
Digital Initiatives: Works as a Project Technical Leader on large complex projects / Project Technical Reviewer on large complex projects, driving the right behaviors within the organization for digital initiatives to improve business performance and productivity.
Discipline Head/Technical Authority: Professional Head of Discipline or possibly leading a subset technology as Technical Authority.
Project Delivery Track Record: Track record of delivering projects of increasing complexity to time, cost, and quality.
Innovation: Coordination and development of innovation on a divisional basis.
Management Processes: Comprehensive understanding of management processes related to technical integration and associated analytical/investigative approaches.
Assurance and Compliance: Detailed understanding of principles of assurance and compliance as defined and applied within the relevant industry environment.
