Technical Skills & work experience:
- MH: Health Insurance product company/GCC/HealthTech experience ( ), or IT services company with Health Insurance (TCS, HCL, Infosys, etc.) vertical, or Health Insurance company (e.g. ABHI, Star, Icici Lombard, Care, etc), or Health Insurance Ecosystem vendors(MediAssist, DocOnline, etc).
- MH: Proven experience as a Technology solution leader with overall experience between 8 - 18 years
- MH: Proven ability with UML (Unified Modelling Language) - should be able to come up with sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, etc.
- MH: Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy & processes & its successful translation into technology low level design
- MH: Excellent knowledge of modern design patterns like CQRS, SAGA, etc ., including micro-services , etc.
