About the Role

We are looking for two dynamic Technology Recruiters with proven experience in hiring for product-based companies or high-performance engineering organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own and drive the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles (Data, Analytics, Engineering).
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) and apply Boolean search strings effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent quickly.
  • Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche technology roles.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment KPIs to ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Background: Must have worked in product companies or scaled startups with exposure to high-performance tech hiring.
  • Technical Hiring Expertise: Strong knowledge of roles in Data Engineering, Analytics, Software Development, etc.
  • Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on experience with Boolean strings, advanced search techniques, and multiple sourcing portals.
  • Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work under tight timelines.
