Technical Delivery Manager – 8–12 Years ExperienceWe are seeking a technically strong and results-driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT projects and digital products. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles—from requirement gathering and planning to development, delivery, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and DevOps.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and oversee the full delivery lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between technical teams, management, and clients.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to solution architecture and support technical decision-making.
- Manage client expectations, handle escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Mentor, guide, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
AI & Emerging Technology Responsibilities- Drive adoption of AI/ML-based solutions within projects to enhance automation, analytics, and user experience.
- Collaborate with data science and AI teams to integrate intelligent features into products.
- Understand and evaluate use cases for Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Ensure responsible AI practices including data privacy, ethical considerations, and model governance.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency using AI-powered tools (e.g., automated testing, code generation, analytics dashboards).
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with full-stack technologies such as Node.js and React.js.
- Solid understanding of databases:
- Relational: PostgreSQL
- NoSQL: Redis, Firebase
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git (GitHub/GitLab).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience or exposure to AI/ML technologies, tools, or platforms is required.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Media, OTT, or streaming platforms is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to AI-driven product development or data-driven decision systems.
- Certifications in Agile, PMP, or cloud technologies are a plus.
