Job Description

Strategic Support and Integration

Resource Management

Operational Oversight

  • Guarantee the on-time and within-budget delivery of projects across the domain.

Process Optimization and Efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes within domains.
  • Ensure all process changes lead to measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Keep processes aligned with the latest industry standards and technological advancements.

Implementation of Integrated Portfolio Reporting

  • Lead the design and implementation of integrated reporting solutions across the Technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
  • Drive standardization and automation of portfolio reporting processes to improve data accuracy and decision-making speed.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into portfolio health, performance, and risk indicators.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple portfolio management tools and reporting platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting tools and technologies to meet evolving business needs.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Strategic Alignment Rate: Measures the percentage of domain-specific projects that align with and actively contribute to the organization's overarching strategic objectives, assessing the effectiveness of integrating strategic goals into project execution.
  • Resource Utilization Efficiency: Evaluates the efficiency of resource allocation and utilization across projects within the domain, tracking optimal use of resources to meet project demands without wastage.
  • Project Delivery Success Rate: Tracks the proportion of projects completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards, crucial for assessing operational effectiveness in project oversight.
  • Process Improvement Impact: Measures the tangible outcomes of process optimizations implemented under the Portfolio Lead's direction, assessing reductions in time, cost, or resource waste due to improved workflows and processes.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction Index: Gauges the satisfaction levels of key stakeholders, including project teams, department heads, and executive management, reflecting the effectiveness of communication, stakeholder management, and overall leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree: Required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree: Preferred in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Languages

  • Fluent English required (oral and written)

Experience

  • +7 years of experience in Technology Portfolio management role or similar (Project Management Office) within a multinational corporation, with proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing project management strategies.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex projects from conception through implementation, including managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a dispersed project management team.
  • History of successful collaboration and relationship management.
  • High level of analytical skills and ability to manage complexity.
  • Experience with building portfolio or project management (PMO) tools and dashboards PowerBI.
