Summary: CC&B Developer will be responsible for design, development, customization, and support of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) applications to meet business and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize CC&B components such as Algorithms, Plug-ins, Business Services, Zones, and BPA scripts Develop and maintain batch processes, online transactions, and interfaces Work on integration with external systems using web services, file-based interfaces, and middleware Support billing, payments, adjustments, collections, and customer management modules Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and performance tuning Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews Provide support during SIT, UAT, and production deployments Prepare and maintain technical documentation Professional & Technical Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B Proficiency in Java, SQL, and PL/SQL Hands-on experience with CC&B Framework components Experience with Oracle DB and Unix/Linux Knowledge of utility business processes (CIS, Billing, Meter-to-Cash) Familiarity with version control and deployment processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in CC&B Developer - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
