- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to enhance environment deployment efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cassandra DataStax.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and environment provisioning.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for environment setup and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of system monitoring and performance optimization techniques.
