Job Summary:
- As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will focus on developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from both an architectural and operational perspective. Your role will require collaborating with teams to maintain operational excellence, troubleshoot issues, and implement system upgrades.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Expected to be an expert in the field, leading the team and ensuring high performance and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Responsible for making decisions for the team and managing operations to ensure effective support.
- Collaboration & Decision Making: Engage with various teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems both within your immediate team and across other teams.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures, ensuring the security and integrity of the systems.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Implement system upgrades and ensure continuous improvements are made to keep the infrastructure and applications updated.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot problems to ensure seamless operation.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on new technologies, tools, and processes to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Microsoft Windows Server Administration:
- Proficiency in administering and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server, ensuring optimal system functionality and security.
- Experience with the architecture and management of server infrastructures.
Data Center Networking Technologies:
- Strong understanding of Data Center Networking, including network protocols, security measures, and troubleshooting of network issues.
System Administration & Maintenance:
- Solid experience in system administration, performing regular maintenance, upgrades, and ensuring system integrity.
Troubleshooting:
- Expertise in troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
Additional Information:
- Experience: Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Data Center Networking.
- Location: This position is based in Jaipur.
- Education: A 15 years full-time education is required.
