Technology Lead:
Huge is growing its engineering capability in Bangalore, and we are looking for a Technology Lead to anchor our local team. This is a delivery-forward, hands-on leadership role. You won't sit above the work—you will be right in the sprint, guiding engineers through complex builds,running code reviews, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the technical integrity of everything that ships. you will serve as the day-to-day engineering lead on high-visibility, global enterprise platform
transformations, focusing heavily on migrating complex web presences to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
What you'll be doing:
- Drive Sprint Delivery: Partner with the Project Manager to enforce Definition of Ready'standards. Sequence stories correctly, unblock engineers, and manage technical risks and tradeoffs under pressure.
- Uphold Engineering Craft: Lead structured code reviews across the team. Enforce established architecture, coding standards, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility/performance metrics.
- AEM & Edge Delivery Services (EDS): Lead hands-on implementation on AEM engagements, including block authoring, component development, content modeling,
- and EDS edge-delivery architectures.
- Integrations & Middleware: Build and integrate API middleware, data connectors, and ETL processes that expose external data to the front end with robust error handling.
- DevOps & Automation: Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, linting, deployment tooling, and CDN/caching strategies.
- Leverage Next-Gen AI: Integrate modern agentic engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code) into the development lifecycle to accelerate team velocity safely.
What we'd like to see:
- Technical Leadership: 8–10+ years of experience leading engineering delivery on large-scale digital engagements, managing releases, and running code reviews.
- AEM & EDS Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and clear fluency in Adobe Edge Delivery Services (Helix/Franklin architecture).
- Full-Stack Competency: Strong command of modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API integrations, and legacy content migration patterns.
- DevOps Engineering: Practical experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines and a solid working knowledge of CDN configuration and web performance optimization.
- AI Tooling: Familiarity with agentic engineering tools and AI-assisted development environments.
Education: bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—capable of aligning distributed engineering teams and presenting technical architecture confidently to stakeholders.
